On Wednesday, Aug. 18, the Granville Historical Society presents a lecture by Jeff Gill, “History at the Crossroads: Newark-Granville Road & Cherry Valley Road.”
Jeff is a self-described “Freelance writer, wandering storyteller, court mediator, Christian pastor; always dad (oh, and Scouter). Occasional archaeologist & activist.” He will illuminate the history of these roads and the physical and cultural connections between Granville and Newark.
