Volunteer Preservation in Granville's Old Colony Burying Ground

Saturday, June 9, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

Come lend a hand as volunteers help preserve Granville's most historic site, the Old Colony Burying Ground. We'll be cleaning, straightening, resetting, and repairing the fragile 19th-century headstones that testify to Granville's earliest days. 

No special skills are required -- we'll show you what to do, and we'll provide equipment, tools, cleaning agents, even work gloves. Coffee, breakfast goodies, water, and juices will also be provided.
